Refund Policy
MILK STRAP have a 30 day [from shipping] returns window on faulty products. This gives you the customer 30 days to check you are happy with the condition of the product you receive. If the product is found to be faulty, this grants you the customer eligibility to receive a full refund/ exchange [at customers preference]. Full refund for the product will be given once we receive the product back as issued.
MILK STRAP e-Gift card is redeemable by the bearer for merchandise or services at www.MilkStrap.co.uk . It may not be returned or redeemed for cash. Please treat this card like cash; it is not replaceable if lost, stolen or if used without authorization. If this card is not used for a period of 12 months from purchase then it is no longer valid. Gift Cards are non refundable.

Shipping: The cost for the return shipping charges lies with you the customer. Any product loss in transit on “return” shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

Circumstances eligibility on refund, return, exchange is denied
MILK STRAP product information outlines that MILK STRAP products are recommended with use of a MILK STRAP Dry-erase pen only.
MILK STRAP will not issue a refund, return, exchange due to customer damage, spoiling, staining of the product due to use of any other writing material, pens, ink than the recommended.
MILK STRAP will not issue a refund, return, exchange due to customer damage, spoiling or staining of the product occurred intentionally or by accident of the customer.
Although this product is durable, we expect that MILK STRAPS will inherit normal wear and tear. Therefore, MILK STRAP will not give a refund, return or exchange for wear and tear that occurs.
