MILK STRAP has a 30 day [from shipping] returns window on faulty products. This gives you the customer 30 days to check you are happy with the condition of the product you receive. If the product is found to be faulty, this grants you the customer eligibility to receive a full refund/ exchange [at customers preference].

Please note there are circumstances eligibility on refund, return, exchange is denied. For further information please refer to the returns policy and terms and conditions, to check your eligibility. We will contact you via email if this is the case.

Full refund, to the product purchase value you paid for the product, will be given once we receive the product back as issued.

The cost for the return shipping charges lies with you the customer. Any product loss in transit on “return” shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
